Monitoring and Evaluation
The IAYG family, its alliances, and partner systems deliver – for communities, for societies, and above all, for young people. Monitoring agencies of the Offices for Accountability and Accessible Governance continually monitor this progress, report to the general public on progress on our priorities, and ensure the efficiency of operations across the IAYG family’s humanitarian ecosystem through regular evaluation. The agencies act as independent evaluators of the IAYG family’s work, operating independently of all programme bureaus and reporting directly to the Office of the President.
Monitoring agencies of the Offices for Accountability and Accessible Governance also monitor the integrity of all programmes, projects, and initiatives across the IAYG family: ensuring that IAYG family resources are used as intended and safeguarding against corruption and fraud in external contracts. The agencies also take action to prevent fraudulent uses of the IAYG family’s name and branding.
Thanks to the work of OAAG’s monitoring agencies, the IAYG family is proud to be one of the world’s most transparent, efficient, and open institutions, and an internationally credible voice against corruption and other abuses of resources. We are counting on your vigilance, too: if you suspect any misuses of IAYG family funds, grants, and resources, or other violations of trust and policy, we ask you to report it below.
